Mena Tsook is a Madagascar-based blue economy venture transforming underutilised sea urchins into high-value natural products. It extracts bioactive marine lipids from sea urchin gonads to develop traceable, sustainably produced cosmetics and functional innovations for hair and skin health, while creating income opportunities for coastal communities.⁠
